I don't think it is rare, at least I've seen quite a few for sale.
You can read it online here too http://www.archive.org/stream/DieSch...ge/n0/mode/2up

Hey,
here one of the original Gahr books out of my collection , nr 959 of the total 1000 existing . To finance another project, it will go to the e-stand the next minutes What I´ve liked mostly is the picture of the Hitler box

At least, this is the only thread where I got more information about this book by using the search function I´m suprised for myself how obviously rare it went for sale the last years

I would think the Heydrich funeral book(let) would be considered rare or at least scarce. It's been reprinted and translated into English, but original copies are not often offered for sale.

I have to admit that the SS Sippenbuch is certainly the most desirable book for me as I have never seen any page of the inside.
I only know it by its cover shown in "Die Gestaltung der Feste im Jahres- und Lebenslauf in der SS-Familie".
Here is the cover of my book:

Helbe, I agree...
I too, have never seen inside a book with "SS Sippenbuch" written on the cover.
Perhaps someday.
