It looks like a German Meybauer-made version of the Ottoman pilot badge. There may be copies around of this particular (Meybauer) badge, so beware of that... Hard to tell if the pictured badge is good.

These are not period Meybauer badges. Post 1945 fakes

Please explain why you hold the opinion the badge is a reproduction. Just to call an item a fake is not very instructive to those of us who would like to learn something new.
