It seems to me that cogwheel and TN cyphers are rotated 90 degrees clockwise on that badge.

Yes your correct on that as the centre is only a push fit it comes out very easily will put it back in straight

Hi,
the HONOR BADGE OF THE TECHNICAL EMERGENCY SERVICE,
was awarded for long standing members of TeNo sevice that had significantly contributed to the organization and it's aims.
It was 1st awarded on 1 october 1935 with dates ranging from 1919 to 1923 only a small number were awarded and is considerd very rare.
