Hello there Oldenburg, I collect Japanese aswell and there really aren't, atleast I haven't found a site that sells like german militaria but more of a small section.
I will say I have bought items from the Peter Whamonds Collectors Guild at germanmilitaria.com they have a larger than most Japanese sections, and warrelics.com, R J Williams Militaria he has a large section they are 2 sites with a number of Japanese relics hope this will help you on your search.
Cheers

RCE, I used to collect German but changed direction (too many repros etc) about twenty years ago. Went heavy into rifles, bayonets & launchers before collecting headgear. Now I'm looking for issued Jap. uniforms as 99% are unissued, mint with post war added insignia. Give me an email. Cheers.

www.militaryantiquesmuseum.com from Petaluma Ca. has some decent Japanese material. I purchased a flag from them a few years ago and was very satisfied.
