Mayer came marked '26' as well as 'L/18'.
Also, you need to add 'WH' which had the letters inside an oval and the mm was located on the pin.

John,
this badge is unmarked and this type of badge has been discussed before with Juncker being the possible maker.The reverse hardware is very similar to that on their Auxiliary Cruiser and Coastal Artillery badges.

Here's a couple; I won't waste space and post my R.K. and Schwerin pieces as Darrel and Martin have already posted those types, but do keep in mind that the maker's mark on the zinc R.K. versions sit a little lower on the blast wave.
Here's a vertical pin Deumer. They are hard to find and unfortunately this one has a replaced catch. Note the die characteristics as the one that follows will be an unmarked Deumer with horizontal pin. The die traits are the same.
