That's a nice photo, it's strange that noone have the ritterkreuz.
A captured British paratrooper gives the finger to a German war correspondent at Arnhem.

Interesting picture Akira, with the little girls. Both are wearing Heer caps, but the older girl clearly has a SS or SA (maybe NPEA) dagger, and I am guessing the younger one has some type of Railway dagger, or even possibly an early DLV or NSFK knife.
These are the only types of daggers I can think of that have a pommel like that, with the knob on top.

Hi All,
I think daddy was in the SA and then called up and became Heer officer. It looks like a standard army dagger to me.

Elder sis. Unfortunately no good photos of the dagger of the younger sis. The father was a Heer officer who did a lot of horseriding.
