Heinrich Sattel K98 Ammo Pouch

I've just discovered this K98 pouch while cleaning up the garage. As you can see, it has seen better days. On the back, it is marked, "Heinrich Sattel Munchen" above the makers mark is 37 which I assume would be the year this pouch was made.

Would this be a common maker? I haven't a clue about K98 ammo pouches, and what would be a reasonable price on a pouch like this?
