Default Neat antique store find

I had to drive up to Washington DC on Friday, and found this in an antique store up there. I was hoping the foot locker was full of treasures, but it only contained the shirt. I love the hand painted address on the foot locker, and the shirt is a really thick, high quality officer private purchase item. It feels almost like a jacket the material is so heavy and it's in perfect shape, named to the same officer that owned the foot locker. I paid $30 for the set, which I thought pretty fair!

Riverdale, BTW, is in PG county, which borders DC. So, it didn't go far from home!

I am guessing that the helmets are in his house and in his collection.
