Default U Boat Wehrpass arrived

Hi all,

I just got a new U Boat member Wehrpass. The guy got the U boat badge, and died when the boat sank in ´43.
He was with U- Flottile # 4 and # 10. There is a small period entry with pencil which reads " U 77 ? " Maybe the boat he sank with.
The first page with the pic is missing, is this common with U boat Wehrpasses ? I dont think that it was removed after the war. Its done very carefully and since the soldier died on board he wasnt able to remove the page himself.

Iam thinking about selling the pass and so I wanted to ask for an approximate value for such a U boat pass.

Many thanks in advance,

Jens
