field stool LW ?
Hi everyone im after some opinions on this one! Does anyone know if this is an original LW issue i think if it is ww2 then it is private purchase as it has no markings? The common ones seem to have metal frames this is wooden, steer clear?
cheers

If its Luftwaffe issue than it would have a eagle and FL UV stamp, I got a Luftwaffe office chair and its stamped underneath the seat.

If the price is right you always can buy it for display reasons, it looks period and wil do nice for a resting officer in the field .

Hello Edgar,
<O </O
Thanks for your nice commends, this chair came from a furniture recycle shop in the town where I live.<O </O
A friend of mine was temporary working there when he came up with this Luftwaffe chair.<O </O
It came with three more which they already smashed to pieces in a container because of the fact the chairs where instable, this one was saved from being smashed to.<O </O
The four chairs came in as an old dinner set of chairs from a old farm near an old German Luftwaffe radar post, near the town I live, the bunkers are still there to be found.<O </O <O </O <O </O <O </O <O </O <O </O <O </O

Ah, a shame the others were thrown away, but thankfully you have rescued this chair. But do you have any idea what such a chair will cost?
Greetings Edgar

Chairs are fairly cheap if you obtain them from germany and not from the USA dealers they are actually fairly common
around £15-30 plus postage
