Im assuming by your question that these certificates that come with these items are not worth the paper they are printed on . The reason i ask is that i am watching an 57 ek2 with a certificate from him . It would be nice to know before i commit..Thanks

There is no way to tell if the item is the same as depicted on the COA or whether the COA is real or faked. Yes, that's right, they are even faking COAs today.

Huh? Faking certificates as well?

I imagine someone switching an item so it does not correspond completely with the COA, but faking them is another sad but apparently true story

So perhaps within a couple of weeks or months, we'll be discussing certificates over here.....yikes

Fake. The quality is not as expected from a Godet (21) Third Reich award. Inspecting the unclean sides of the piece it looks like it could be a casting or a strike of lower quality. Do not bother about the COA. Focus on the piece.
