Default Mariupol, Ukraine

Just wondered if anyone can offer any info about Mariupol?

I understand that Kurt "Panzer" Meyer was decorated for his part in the Battle of Mariupol.

The reason I ask is that I am going there this coming Saturday.

Thanks for any help.

All the best,
Toby.

Best,

It is glad that it was pleasant to you!

On October, 8th, 1941 City Capture, burns a fire-engine, there is a tram....., all it is described in K.Mejera's memoirs.

Now it is the prospectus of "Ilyich".

Shooting range К98, now factory "Аzovmach".

Fantastic photos, the past just jumps out! My favorite type of threads! Keep up the great work. I wonder if there are any of Panzer Meyer that we could match up like the other pics!!

Thanks
Mike
