Inside is visible number 5.

Hello,
You should clean the pouch and threat the leather a bit. Than you should be able to read it. Its already so well visible, that a bit of cleaning is enough.

I also do that when I've dug up leather.

Greetings,
Frank

Hello

I have seen that stamp before on leather items ( Y-straps and pouches etc...)
The S stands for " Karl SEEGER Lederwarenfabrik in Offenbach "
Just as a foot note ,the factory still exist and they still produce leather goods both in Offenbach and Berlin.
Hope this will answer your question.
Best Regards
Pierre-Yves

Hi,
I've finally managed to read the stamp : SEEGER OFFENBACH 1939. Thanks a lot for the help.
Best regards,
Fanatyk6
