Some info:
I dont know if the grammar is correct, cause i translate it from the spanish with the babel fish

The Swastica of the eagle of the Graf Spee will be discovered today in exhibition, while the controversy begins on its future: it must remain in Uruguay like part of our historical patrimony or be auctioned internationally?

The eagle that the armored Graf Spee took as Nazi standard in its prow left to the surface after 66 years, to generate so many controversies as when it furrowed to the sea to the orders of Adolf Hitler. Ever since outside found, something unthinkable since occurred it by lost, it began the strip and it relaxes between the Commission of Patrimony and the industralists who were in charge to rescue it. The eagle is in exhibition at the moment in the Palladium Hotel, with its imposing two meters eighty of spread, their weight of five hundred kilos and the bronze crown with the obstinate esvástica between its claws. It was rescued of the mud but it seems never to have left the prow of the boat, judging by the impeccable state in which one is. In the Palladium Hotel was exhibited it with the enormous covered swastica not to hurt sensitivities, which changed as of today, since the fabric was retired to allow to be present at the Nazi symbol that takes the animal to its feet. Like with the findings of Ruben Col with the diverse boats found in our waters or the tube and telemeter of the own Graf Spee, also rescued by the diver and investigator Ruben Bado, an old controversy began immediately. The little clear regulations as far as the found historical patrimony in our waters reinitiate the discussion: Must be allowed its sale, although it implies that it disappears of our country? The State must have some control of the destiny of the historical pieces? The opinions are found. While the public relacionista Alfredo Etchegaray, owner of the rights on the boat, affirms that the eagle already is for sale and that they received propose millionaires of England, Germany and the United States, Manuel Esmoris, president of the Commission of Patrimony, declares that the piece will not leave the country. The economic subject does not present/display so many controversies, since the law establishes that the State must remain with 50 % of the obtained thing, but must define its destiny. The intention of Etchegaray is to make an auction international, since esteem that its value can reach the 8 million dollars, but will be necessary to see who desire in bids up it that already it began. Meanwhile, the eagle has been following imperturbable, since for more than 60 years, when she was witness of the tragic destiny of the battleship and his own captain, Hans Langsdorf, that committed suicide after sinking the Graf Spee.
