interesting picture

Here is a rather interesting picture from my Glider collection => this picture is probably taken during Christmas 1943 .

Note the tabledecoration ( flag ) => it shows the tactical sign of the " 4./Erganzungsgruppe 1 " during 1943 => this was a glider pilot trainig unit .

Alos note the third person from the right , this pilot ( Feldwebel ? ) who wears besides the Iron cross 1 e class , the Pilots badge and the " Grosse NSFK Segelfliegerabzeichen " !!!!!! => this badge helps us also to date the picture after 1942 ( as this badge was instituted meio 1942 )
