Default Rare Wound Badge in real Silver

A very beautiful and rare Wound Badge in real silver. This example hasn't got any silver stamps.

Back.

The cut through versions are always privately purchased.

Real silver ones are very rare because the badge was instituted in 1918 as the most states switched their awards into silver plated bronze or zinc.

Hi Jens,

nice badge!

The quality of the private purchased pieces depend everytime on the wallet of the buyer. So the wearer of this badge was not a poor one!

Best regards

Daniel
