That's a nice one. Check for hallmarks on the suspension ring. Any maker on the inside of the case lid?

No. This ribbon has thin white edges like the Annexation of Czechoslovakia medal. The St. Vladimir does not have white edges.

You are absolutely correct. I did not catch those white side stripes.
