Default Wound cards : same man twice wounded on eastern front 44-45

hello

I would like to show you some papers (and also ask for some help in translation).
Here are 2 wound cards from the same soldier, SIEBER Reinhard, an obergefreiter from the 76 infanterie division.
He is part of the 1st compagny of the Nachrichten abteilung 176.

this unit has been first destroyed in Stalingrad at the begining of 1943.
New created in 1943 in France (Bretagne), it was engaged in Italie this year then, at the beginning of 1944, moved to the Eastern front - Heeresgruppe SUD.

the first wound is dated novembre 1944, 17th.
At that time, the division is part of LXXII Armme korps - 6 Armee engaged in Roumania.

On his card we can see that he can walk but must be sit down.
He seems to have been hit by a fragment of shell in the arm but may be also in the head (this part is hard to read for me, I need your help for that)

The medic signed as Geb.S.K.1/8 for 1. Gebirg Sanitat kompanie / 8. division.
This is not the medical uniti from the 76ID but the neighbour division , the 8. Jager division (there is a mistake because it is not a gebrig but a jager division).

both 76ID and 8JD fought alongside during several months, retreaiting from roumania to Hungaria then Slovakia

the second wound is dated April 1945, 4th.

there is not much to read on the wound card but he seems one more time wounded in the arm by shrapnel. The soldier is transportable.
At that time the division is reduced to a kampfgruppe and fight in Slovakia as part of XXIX AK - 8.Armee

here are some maps of its engagements alongside 8JD at the beginning of 1945

i did not succeded to read (then translated) every thing)
Hope some of you would be able to do that

best regards
