Dan,
A nicely done tribute honoring your father's service to our country in time of war and peace.

I am sure your Dad, whereever he could be now, is appreciating a lot your love tribute.
In the end what are we without our olds and our roots?
A friendly hug

I want to thank you all for your wonderdful and touching comments. Not many people get to experience the pride and admiration of a father who gave so much to defend his country. To be able to share his achievements and his memoirs with people like yourselves is truly an honor.

With great respect, pride, and admiration for all soldiers past, present, and future - thank you!

I thought I would share an update on some more items collected from my father.

Photo of wall - added more frames to wall to include the Unit Crest's that he collected during WWII and after, Award Certificates, and Promotion Certificates - all original!
