Default Galoob/engstrom

I realize this is an old thread but I thought you all would like to know that engstrom miltaria / vigard wasted about 10 days of my time on eBay recently.
Dead beat bidder. What a colossal waste of energy........

What did he bid on?

Thanks for the additional info. I have heard other complaints about this idiot on other forums.

It's UNBELIEVABLE that this clown Vegard is STILL playing his deadbeat games.

He is a complete idiot.
When I called him by name he had the guts to tell me I was incorrect.
Tool.

Galoob/engstrom
Are we sure they are the same guy?
I've had both bid on my items. Galoob is all that that has been said! The other guy is a slack bidder but not certain he The same guy. He takes forever but has followed through.

It's the same person, plus a few other names.

Sometimes he will pay instantly, sometimes he doesn't pay until you file with Ebay, sometimes he doesn't pay at all.

He has tried to threaten us on USMF with lawsuits, because we won't delete Spike's postings over there.

He's a piece of work who has figured out how to play the system and that's how he gets his rocks off.

Grrrr, good to know. Can the other names be posted?
Yes, there are some pretty easy tricks that folks have learned.
Dealers ALWAYS ship to the address on the credit card or paypal account unless you know the buyer!

He is still active as of this weekend, I have his other user names blocked but he sneaked in with this ID which only has 45 items on the feedback. This is a new ID of his and not his most recently used one "engstrom-military".

engstrom-militaria

On this eBay user ID he has made his feedback private.

As with the "engstrom-military" he is using the "Steve Bakke" of Anniston, AL shipping address.

Below is the most current information I can put together on him. Posting this as this guy has cost honest collectors and dealers tens of thousands of dollars with his activities over the course of years now.

Known names he has used for opening eBay accounts and linked to PayPal accounts-

Vegard Larsen
Vivian Larsen

Location he has used for eBay and PayPal accounts-

Drammen, Norway

Known suspended eBay user names of his-

Val-84
Macv-musuem
Galoobfreak

Known active eBay user names of his-

engstrom-militaria
https://www.ebay.com/usr/engstrom-militaria

engstrom-military
https://www.ebay.com/usr/engstrom-military

US shipping address he has used before and currently-

Steve Bakke
Anniston, AL

He may have possibly surfaced on a Vietnam Collectors Facebook page lately, but not confirmed.

USMF posting on him-

Thank you for the additional info. The fact his feedback is now private says a lot about his shadiness.
