SS belt ensemble

Default SS belt ensemble

Hi,
This one came my why from a deceased estate complete with bayonet and some maps of the uk, most people assume that belts that are denazified are done postwar by vets well here we have one done by the soldier himself.

bayonet is a late war typically poor ground matching numbers.

A lot were also denazified to be able to still be worn after the war as their regular belt buckle. At least with your we know that the guy was fearing badly for his life. Surprising how the wheel of fortune makes you behave....

Anyway, another interesting input is that the buckle on this VA.1937 belt is, once again, a 822/38 (R.Sieper) buckle.
