Hi all,

Would you say that this is an Ausf D ? An other source (french magazine) states that it is an Ausf A :

Default Panther Ausf D

Hi

this is an early D :
drum like cuppola, letterbox mg flap, MG pistol ports in the turret , early design hub cap on the sprocket, early 16 bolt wheels ( except the second wheel station has an updated 32 bolts and rivets version), double lens gunsight, early tracks without ice crips, and no zimmerit was applied.
so this is probably a version prior tot the Kursk battle.

cheers
Bullitt
