Default Your opinions on rivets

I found this badge some time ago and ask if the rivets are ok or if the eagle has been reassembled.

I agree, the rivets have been hammered down. I think they may be original to the eagle, but hammered to tighten it to the wreath.

I would say it's a good buy. In such condition but with untouched rivets the price can easily be 700+ EUR.

Not necessarily "hammer type". This is an example of Assmann's early Pilot Badge rivets. The transition between "Egg Shape" and the typical A1. I think these are original rivets from an early badge
