this is an OB33 tragbar, built from 1934 for the Deutsche Reichsbahn as a line telephone (Streckenfernsprecher).

I have one OB33 tragbar in a leather bag and one in a 1941 bakelite box.

Interesting. Do these OB33 tragbars have a yellow stripe on the top left hand white plate?
I have one that is exactly the same inside, in a bakelite case that I initially thought was KM but then was told it was a post war coversion (which I always questioned as there are no remnants of the KM plate on the left side, such as holes where the sceews for the plate would have been).
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Martin
