Looks like a first attempt of new fake tabs, made by a beginning faker.
He might become better after a while…

Or maybe just some reenactor tab... a bad one.

Reminds me of that old thread where people went through naming all the fake totenkopfs found on patches. It was hilarious. I can't even remember what it was called to search for it.
