Here is a new pickup today. I believe it is a US WWII 5"/25 (12.7 cm) Mark 10. What do you think??

I see that nothing has been added to this thread in a while, so here are a couple overview pictures of the two corners of my museum room with some of my ordnance or weapons.

Default My collection

Hello folks!
It has been a while since I posted something on this forum, and my collecting filosophy has changed significantly.

A couple of years ago I became a member of the Dutch language group of the ECRA, namely the NVBMB, and for just over a year I'm in the possesion of the obligatory licenses to be able to collect munitions and ordinance.
My area of interest is German, Italian and Japanese aircraft ammo and AA ammo in the period from WW1 up to the end of WW2.

My collection has been growing steadily, and I figured you might like to see what I've been dragging in my house (quite literally in some cases) the past year.
Here's a rough overview of my collection, enjoy!

The biggest of the bunch is a 12,8cm Flak40 cartridge, and it sure makes the 8,8cm Flak 18 rounds (the repainted one with the 'IV' on it) look small. The one with the grey projectile in the down left corner is a 5cm Flak41 practice round.

Cabinet (a modified IKEA Billy) with the smaller stuff. In the bottom left corner lies a 60-round MG FF drum.
Close-up:

My full 7,92x57mm boxes:

13x64mmB belt and separate incendiary cartridge:

7,92mm shelf:

Now the far left sectioned round doesn't match the complete rounds next to it, since the sectioned one is not a Verbessert round, as is the cut out of the P.m.K. round roughly in the middle of the shelf. I will get my hands on cartridges matching the cut-outs.
Oh, top right 12,7mm API and HE, both Italian, 2 7,92mm dummies and a cut-out 13x64mmB cartridge.

Italian 12,7x81mmSR belt:

I'm not certain the composition of the belt is correct (the 7,92mm belts are), so if anyone has info about Italian belt compositions I would be very gratefull!

And finally some WW2 Japanese stuff:

Back row:
IJN 25mm HEI
IJA 20mm Type 100 HE-T-SD

Middle row:
6,5x55mm Arisaka Type38 cartridges
IJA 12,7x81mmSR Ma102 Fuseless explosive incendiary cartridge
IJN 13.2x99mm Type 3 casing

Front row:
IJN 7,7x56mmR rounds Ball late, Ball early, Tracer, AP.
(in bag) IJA 7,92x57mm AP cartridge.

Japanese ammo is what I'm focusing on the most at the moment, (and I can't even descide what I would like the most, since there is so much I would love to add to the collection like 20mm Type 99 or Ho-5 ammo for instance...) because the German stuff is relatively common over here (as you can see).

Hope you like what you see!

Danny

Thanks a bunch!

I'm honestly quite proud of what I've collected so far.
