Help Identifing a LDO case

The LDO box looks good to me but more likely to contain a black wound badge rather than a gold class.

Many thanks, BTW the interior looks to be very dark blue not black as it appears.

Maybe so, though I think the Black Wound Badge in my collection came with a paper envelope, so I would think that a nice presentation box/case like this one would be appropriate for at least a Silver Grade if not a Gold. IMO, of course.
