Transport Clasp Re-nazified??

Default Transport Clasp Re-nazified??

Thoughts on this?

Note the saw cut mark on the reverse that removed the swastika from the main portion of the clasp. Was this de-nazified and then a new eagle added later to re-nazify? The rivet looks like an original rivet and there is no sign of and eagle having been forcibly removed before.
