Looks to be an original tag
Note how the break crease is not perforated
This is standard on the Dirlewanger tags

A big cache of these was supposedly found in the Halbe pocket some time after the collapse of the DDR, and this certainly conforms to the type. I am skeptical for several reasons but I know I'm in a minority: the main one is that I have never come across an original document which describes the unit or the later formation as "SS-Dirlewanger". I've seen a couple of supposedly original Dirlewanger soldbuchs and the EK was issued by 'SS-Ers. Inf. Btl. 'Ost''

So, honestly, I don't know. The EK is similar to others which some people accept as genuine, but I don't like them.

Looks like a typical Dirlewanger dog tag as those found in the Halbe area as reported.
