Default Unknown Fur-Lined Coat

Hopefully someone can help ID this.

Reminds me a bit of a Russian bekesha, but not exactly. The fabric appears to be Soviet Bloc military-type. Fully lined with rabbit fur, the collar is something more exotic (muskrat maybe?). The whole thing is hand-stitched. The buttons have been removed, except for the small steel fasteners at the rear-flap and interior pocket.

There are no marking anywhere, but the fabrics and quilting style remind me of Soviet Bloc work. Does anyone have a clue about this?

"Oh bother!" cried Pooh, as he slapped another magazine into his AK-47.

Hmm 'Woods' civi parka from the 50s me think. The muskrat collar was common on clothing they made after the war.
