Bringing this thread back up with a year-end update. I've been able to add a few more examples to my collection thanks to Jens and Martin, but I still need a few more to complete the set (and also an original cardboard tube to replace the fake one I have). Slowly but surely I'll get there. After all, the "hunt" is half the fun.
