pic # 6, notice the red line on the tube band. These were discontinued I was told in the late 60's early 70's.

last pic, interestingly enough this is a paratrooper helmet issued to the marines by the designation 1/5 on the cover. I have not taken the cover off because of it's fragile state so don't know what the pot looks like. Enjoy, Jeff

They quite probably are Justin but as the owner said they display nicely with his mannequins which i think Is the main Intent.

You and I both know how scarce original, un messed with rigs are, even to the point of getting an example that still retains It's wartime sweatband. However, people have different criteria for their collecting and I think we need to be sensitive to that!

Here's another, no graffiti or anything, but it's on of my favorites because the way the cover is put on, I got it from the vets wife and I have his full name





Has "Judy" and "Jen" written on the band



The helmet chinstraps and liner sweatband are set very small
