The visor is absolutely original, but I don't like the eagle,IMO

Wool quality looks to be much higher than normally seen on enlisted caps.
A very handsome item; would be even better with matching insignia, IMHO.

I like it also. Don't worry about the insignia. I have a early one. The eagle has gone grey while the wreath is still solid white/silver.
