Hello, IMO it's marine but not Kriegsmarine, probably post-war, it doesn't look WW2 for me.

Should be actually pre-1945, it comes from an old stock. Some more of this kind, some stamped, some not.
Civil navy (Handelsmarine)?

This is not a Marine HJ jumper. It is not in accordance with regulations which were very specific for this shirt.

Thanks a lot for helping.
When it is no HJ or KM military jumper, I think it is a civil one.

A civil one with a HK on the stamp?
I think there is a whole lot of resemblance with VM jumpers, a bit to much when you ask me. recently this or a similar piece was listed on ebay.de, same stamp, didn't like it either.

So You think it is a Volksmarine jumper with fake stamps?
Do You have perhaps a pic of a VM jumper? I have no idea how they look like.

The guys from the DDR section of the forum do not think it is Volksmarine:

Any more ideas?
The stamp is so small and faint, how can anybody fake like that ...

The stitching pattern on the chest is irregular compared to conventional KM examples. Some one tried to sell me one with a seam pattern like this once as a WWII jumper
