These look to be post-war Bundesbahn tabs.

Correct: Bundesbahn collar patches for officials of pay groups A5 to A8.

This is the model for closed-collar jackets; there was also a rectangular "vertical" version for wear on open-collared jackets. (Same as with Third Reich-era ones.)

Collar patches, trade badges and visible career group distinctions were abolished by the DB in 1969.

Agreed, postwar but certainly styled directly from TR Reichsbahn tabs. The omission of the Swas being the major difference.
