I have never seen such blades with propellers?
Does any of you know these badges!

The more swedish feeling comes from the sewing Holes.
DLV Badges I only know with Pins.

Default Swedish, indeed

This is a Swedish Air Force insignia m/51 (45 mm wide), primarily for wear to (Army) uniform m/39 for "Aircraft warning service"; optical surveillance, manned by voluntary personnel. A separately attached crown above the insignia should be there to complete it.
