The RLB is After War from WESCO Very easy to recognize at the hole for the paper Money Since the hole has so pointed And inside are 2 rails for a separating plate

IMO the RLB decal was added post war. The can is original...but I'm not a fan of the decal.

That's quite an unusual collection can you have there; I've never seen that style or that label before.

And I like your table lamp behind the can...is that an Olympic Torch?

That is a nice one, I believe they had an airplane mounted on top when first issued but a complete one is very rare. I had to take a second glance at the lamp it sure does have the torch style.
