Here's a handy photo lifted from another website explaining the size stamp:

100%. An "H" would indicate the Hannover depot. The Feldbluse stamp I posted was something I grabbed off the web to show the sizes. Not my creation.

I am the culprit! My description:

3rd pattern PzAufkl Recon Officer's Black Panzer Wrap; factory machine stitched PzAufkl Dark Yellow Waffenfarbe collar tabs with 3-pronged TK, factory hand applied breast eagle (feature common in other Ohra-marked wraps), the Wrap is a very small "tankers" size, and the Recon Leutnant shoulder boards are the "small" type accordingly, carefully and sturdly handsewn on the shoulders seams and fixed with silver colored buttons. Nicely marked "Ohra" "E. 42" and sizes, cotton twill lining. The Officer removed the support hook straps for comfort, and repositioned the inner closure loops. A pair of the front closure buttons have been replaced. The awards/small bar loops seems originally applied, the loops for the upper award are very close, maybe for a KVK 1st class.

You Bastardo!
It's a nice wrapper!
Let me know when you get tired of it!

Best
