Just an idea: Perhaps someone with established expertise and recognition (and therefore credibility) in the hobby could do a counterpoint video? A recognized and respected helmet collector. Make the video title very similar so that a search on YouTube brings up both videos when people look for it.

I know it would put the author of the counterpoint video in the cross hairs for any defenders of Mr. Nash, so it would take a bit of guts. However, it would be a great service to our hobby and would not allow these purveyors of bad information to foist their propaganda onto unsuspecting collectors.

To be effective, the counterpoint video should not be obnoxious in tone. Just a "review" like a book or movie review as it were. Avoid any personal attacks or trolling (unlike my book burning picture, LOL) and just critique a bunch of the fake helmets point by point and explain what is wrong with each one, with the conclusion that this book is not a good reference.

I am glad that Frank wrote a good article that pops up when you type the name of the book in Google search. Counterweight.

Anders posted these on a thread in the book section. These type of camos, with the triangle around the decal, are frequently encountered in British collections, and have been seen in other books originating from over there since the 90s. Does anyone know the source of those? I have seen them mainly on Luft helmets: FJs, M35s, M40s, and M42s.
