It is more than just “rare”. Till now I've one example from “crossed” version, and another one but just similar, with stenciled:“Veterinarpacktaschen”.

My is marked "bla/1943". It is nearly complete. Sadly internal drawers has been lost BUT is still has genuine straps attached to the loops on the top

Cross has been made in the same way, like in all M34 Sanitats Tornisteren but is twice bigger.

1. Sanitatspacktaschen cross:

2. Sanitatstornister cross:

No seriously my friend, as already wrote 'offline': wonderfull and very rare piece. Only a few I've seen in collections so far.

Congratulations and take care of it...

Nice one! I use to have one in my collection, but I sold it to a cavalry collector in Germany.

Sani vor!

Thank You Patrick

I do own the same manual, great but not best.

Have any of You seen Sattelauflage, which match to these?

Thumbs up

Nice piece of rare equipment.
I am still looking for items for my veterinarkasten, but the are very hard to find.
I guess your items are also mostly marked by the maker 'hauptner'?
Nice to see it so complete. I will post a topic asap about my chest.
Thanks for posting.

Hello Gents,

thanks for kind words

It took some time to clean all edges and recesses from attic dust. I also took some time with steel wool to clean harware and it came out like this:

I assume that his pattern of bag has been produced by just one maker, never seen any other markings than "bla". From the other hand till now I'vw seen just two other examples:- one Sani and another one Veterinar (not crossed)...

sanipferdetasche16.jpg

Quite hard to clean and operate due to size, I need some good weather and took it outside:
