Default LiSpr80 Video

I have created a new video where I show LiSpr80 communication over a longer distance.
I'll be coming soon with a video where I show a phone call over the LiSpr80.

Great attempt. I had the same problem in one of my tests where the transmitter and receiver were slightly out of alignment. In my case it was just the light cell that had slightly shifted inside the holder (a modern light cell had to be fitted because the originals are usually dead). Never managed those distances though, need to find myself a fjord!

regards,

Default New film

I have created a new version of LiSpr80 video.
The sound was too low.
The first one will be deleted.
I and my son Egil, who participated in the video, visited Yuri D and looked at his amazing fine radio collection for approx. 10 years ago. He is now one of Norway's most advanced designers of broadcast equipment.
It was a great experience for us to visit Yuri D.

With a father who is an excellent engineer, I am not surprised Egil is also an excellent engineer.

It was also a very pleasant surprise to get you and Egil at my house. It is rare for collectors in the USA to get a visitor from Europe like that. Both my father and I enjoyed your visit.

Also, LA6NCA, your collection and website were an inspiration for me to start mine.
