His name is Wilhelm Tegge. He completed basic (grade) school, has drivers license class 1 & 2. Awards entered are Ostmedal and Demjansk shield - although neither has an authorizing stamp. His civilian occupation was truck driver. Came from the are of Stettin. He was married and Evangelical is listed as his religion.

I'm not up on unit order of battle or such, so can't comment on his units.

best
Hank

I do not know how he earned the awards, since he was a KZ lager guard the whole time. At least through late 1942.

Personally Jeff, I'm not a fan of the Demjansk entry. The Ostmedal...maybe.

Default Thx

Thank you for your replies chaps...
I had the document checked with Germany and it came back as all genuine, but I do see the Q on the awards. I have been unabe to find much out about him or his time in the camp, so wondered if anyone had any other info or comments on the whole book.
Much appreciated
Gordon
