Default Turkish Half Moon "Gallipoli Star" - Opinions, Please

All, can I have some opinions on this Eisernes Halbmond? Definitely not my area of expertise.

As always, any help much appreciated.

IMO... no.

The enamel on some of the arms, the placement of the pin and clasp on the back and the general softness of the impress/embossed details.

I believe this is a S&L made product. I also think the enamel has been repaired at some point.

Thanks, All -

If S&L, does that mean post-war production (ie, post WWII)?
