Not easy to find these long canister models in 1938 in apple green colour. Comes with rare 2nd model gm30 and 1938 dated Reichswehr filter. Perfect straps with Lederschoner. Of course untouched and out of the woodwork

First if all ; you have hijacked the hagen's thread which is not the best idea/behave ( you should rather made a separate thread if you wanted to show your canister and mask ).
Second: hagen's cansiter is stricly PRE WAR(1938 ) and apple green painted , yours canister is stricly LATE WAR (1944) and dark green ( typical for wartime canisters ).
Other thing that mask didn't belonged to the canister originaly (it is a pre 1937/38 made example used with short canisters and reichswehr era canisters or overally used in pre wars sets). Also the lack of the same painted markings on canisters indicates it is not matching set.
It is much higher probability that hagem's set was used like that , than yours ( I would check if your gasmask do have a Luftschutz markings inside , as often those very early models of GM 30 were used by Luftschutz after they were withdrawn from 'frontline' units ).
You should rather try to find a GM 38 or GM 30 gasmask with blue painted parts as such gasmask would much better match with late war canister you have.
Third: as mentioned long straps is postwar often sold as "tropical' ( which is not true as those are postwar BGS etc strap for postwar gasmask canisters ).

Good explanation why we have different canisters here. Always appreciate your Feedback.

No worries. Its important to compare items we have so we all are leaning from each other. Feel free to post your stuff but it should be matching with the OPs thread!
