What are these 21mm WW1 German buttons?
Are they Military administration? or are they (also) Bavarian service perhaps?
I am much more familiar with WW2 German...

The buttons are wartime military official's (Beamten) types. The Bavarian boards don't have the snake insignia of the veterinary corps, so my guess is that they are related to a junior officer attached to one of the cavalry regiments that used this color underlay, i.e., the Ulans.

This last pair could be an official's due to the blue threads in the cords. Red, for Beamten indicates Bekleidungsamt officials. They could also be Bavarian infantry or artillery. Either way, they are missing either the Beamten Wappenschild or a unit number. They were never used.
