You are lifting the lid on a can of worms with this question Robert.

In the left image below, we have the fake old hag with a big nose that no one will pay much for

And in the right image below, we have a lovely young Edwardian lady looking sideways that commands a far higher price.

Sorry I can not be more helpful but basically the answer is, what ever someone is willing to pay given the ongoing debate one way or the other,

Chris

I saw three for sale last year. One seller was asking US$1,300 for his; another US$400. I don't know if either of those sold.

The only example I know of that actually sold went for US$325.

They're both ugly hags no matter which way you look at them - just like those smocks! Should be the price of any other commercial repro.

Its those "Pink" ("Brick/ Birch") smocks again
Lot of history, lot of debate, lot of discussion for your buck in a Pink

If you can accept the rodent chew damage and rat urine smell (on some) and poor USSR warehouse (bales) storage conditions and Russian stamps,
these are a bargain!

And yet Robert asked a sincere question, obviously aware of the controversy, which could easily be answered by someone knowledgeable with the range of asking prices but the very people who complain “not this thread again” wind it up to make it “this thread again”. He asked a simple, unloaded question it seems to me.

Here is a sincere answer :
I paid $350 for mine since these are still dubious...
(mine was damaged, musty from very long term storage)
