Default KM Early Blue Crusher Cap - Opinions Please

I have had this cap in my collection for years and am now planning to offer it on the eStand. The shape is smaller than your typical floppy KM cap. I was told that it is a 1935 model and would appreciate your opinions.

Thanks!

Hi Eric,
There hasn't been too many comments yet. I hope you posted this on the cloth headgear forum as well. From your limited pictures, I think this looks promising. This is way outside my realm of knowledge though.

Best Regards,
JustinG

Yes, it sure looks small, like "WW 1 small".
But I don´t think that was impossible, especially during the pre war years.

Yes, small heads were indeed common, but its also possible its been humped up from a Reichsmarine cap as well but not WW1.
That being said, I've yet to see an original kaiserliche Marine visor with a sweat shield . Nonetheless, I think we can all agree on is that it is in fact German pre 1945

Thanks for weighing in on the cap, Justin, Ludwig, and Peety.

One possibility might be that Reichsmarine caps were re-badged during the early stages of the transition to the Kriegsmarine.
