I did not meet a shield Holm on tissue of Luftwaffe yet, but this shield looks convincingly.

Barry I consider that the shield Holm for Luftwaffe phenomenally rare find!
Perhaps this shield was lost by this person

Hi Yury,

It is a very rare shield indeed.

Your document is fantastic although it would be next to impossible to match the shield and document but both are very rare

Thanks for sharing

Is mise

Shield - original, but back plate/prongs/cloth - all was replaced.

Hi , new boy butting in here . In truth I'm not over familiar with the cholm shield having never owned one but it looks good to me .

I've got a brass Narvik shield which is a 100% but the backing cloth seems to be made from the reed green denim summer uniform . I know u boat crews sometimes adapted this kind of uniform to wear as well as british battledress's captured at Dunkirk but otherwise I've only ever seen brass Narviks on Kriegsmarine blue backing .

Once I've found out how to post pictures I will feature it . Nice to meet you
