Definately not. 28 is size ( 28 cm - size of th foot ) , but 7 with difrent aproaches means wide of the foot or month when it was made.

These are marketed as Italian WW2 boots. Did the Germans use these as IT theater issue also? Would these be proper wear in a panzer or assault gun by the crew? No marking at all, and without hobnails.

My understanding is that the IT boots were never made with the rough side of the leather on the outside.

I think in july 1945 Nothing was made for the Wehrmacht

Maybe for occupation troops but why a RBNr, it is a nonsense

Is really 45 the year ?

28 is size in cm/ 7 cm = foot waist
