Upper left in the M43/44 shelf is this pair, which is also very nice. They are slightly different from the standard M43- they have the cloth around the ankle inside (like on an M44 pair) and only 6 sets of eyelets (like an M44 pair). They clearly are dated 43, but they also have what could be a 42? date also. (But it's hard to say, as the size width in the arch is "4" and the 2 could be for something else) Anyway, they also are maker marked on the bottom, which leads me to believe they are possibley pre-43. They are still tied together from the factory an in mint condition. This type of pair is also considered an "M43" and turns up fairly often. Enjoy!

Gerard

Hi guys, you show here incredible boots it's really nice to share !
I owe this pair that shows inside a faded ink stamp for the maker and the year of manufacture and I read 1918. this type of ankle boot was described as a m1914 but the ww2 late models are quite similar ! what's your opinion, I need your help

Just studying images.

No one commented on the 7 45 stamp. Made in July 1945? German factory making shoes after the wear perhaps, but not used by Wehrmacht during the war, or do I have the stamp incorrect.

Nice looking boots. I see your boots have the 7 45 stamp also. What does that mean?
